Had a wonderful stay here. My buddy and I stayed here while we explored the Carlsbad Caverns National Park. The rooms were up to date and really comfortable. Had a pleasant stay.
Just completed a stay and I was super impressed. The staff were really nice, the lobby was very bright, and the hotel felt modern. My room which was a King Suite was spacious, it had a living area, a bedroom area, and the cleanest bathroom I've ever seen, even cleaner than some of the 5-star hotels I've stayed at. The breakfast was really good, unfortunately the HBar was closed. We were bummed because Carlsbad Caverns was closed but the hotel gave us great options to see in Carlsbad also!
We stayed here one night and loved it! Samuel the evening worker was very nice and the lady working when we checked out was super cool! The breakfast was pretty good and they have bar within the hotel so you may not even need to leave! My only complaint is the door of our room was not flush with the frame and let in a ton of light from the hall so the room was not as dark as I’d prefer to sleep in
Clean rooms. Super nice place. Good hot breakfast included. Quiet. The floors and halls are spaced well to minimize noises. It didn't feel like an "oil field" hotel. It had more of a resort feel. In a good part of town. Nothing else next to it. Looks brand new. Giant shower in my room.
Clean hotel and very happy to have gotten to stay here for the second time, a couple years apart, after being at a horrible hotel the night before. We left the other hotel early and drove to Carlsbad early to get to this property because I knew it was much cleaner and newer.
This was by far one of the top rooms I’ve ever stayed in. We travel by car a lot a believe me many places are not as advertised. This hotel is more!! We were only staying over night, wished we were staying longer. So comfortable, cozy and love the kitchen because we often just carry food along, rather then eating fast food which is our only option when traveling with our doggy. The shower was cherry on top. The bed was more comfortable than any other. Loved it and will be looking for this option from now on.
Honestly a fantastic hotel stay. Every staff member was extremely kind. The room was very clean & I always appreciate a free hotel breakfast. Definitely recommend.
The room is very clean. Seems like the building is new. Bed and pillows are comfortable. The only reason I gave it a 4 is that there is a group of men possibly drunk talking really loud in the park all to wee hour. You can hear them. All the way to the 4th floor.
